My name is Shabana Salman. am a hardworking and friendly person. I want to work as a chat support agent. I do not have experience in this field, but I am ready to learn and grow. I can speak and write in English at an intermediate level. I always try to improve my English by reading, listening, and practicing every day.

I enjoy helping people. I like solving problems and answering questions. I am patient and a good listener. I believe these skills are important for a chat support agent. I understand that customers need clear and polite answers. I always try to stay calm and helpful, even when someone is upset or angry.

I can use a computer well. I know how to type fast and clearly. I also know how to use basic software like email, web browsers, and chat apps. I learn new things quickly, and I am not afraid to ask questions if I do not understand something. I am also very responsible and always try to do my best.

I like working from home because I can focus better and manage my time well. I have a quiet place at home where I can work without noise. I have a good internet connection, and I am always on time. I believe I can be a good part of a team, even if I work from home.
