The first and most important step of creative process is information gathering and analyzing. This step helps better solve tasks and clients needs.

My vision

I try to work on the principle – create a design for people rather than users, because in my opinion the term "user", which is very often used in the design industry, is too formal. When you think about a person with his dreams, needs and pain, you eventually create a human-oriented design.
