Program Management : I have around 10 years of program management experience in software industry, I oversee delivery of new features from concept to delivery, following both waterfall & agile methodologies, I conduct program review meetings weekly for various programs, prepare status reports to be presented with executives. I am organized, good at book keeping of tasks tracking, identifying issues & tracking to closure, risk identification, tracking progress, stakeholder communication, mentoring team, process improvements, metrics monitoring & analysis. Project Management : I have around 9 years of project management experience in managing QA teams doing Quality Assurance/testing & automation. I oversee & review the development of test strategy, test plans. I monitor the test execution & results, incoming defects & fixed defects, defect slippage & root cause analysis, test case review & coverage improvement. I have done performance management, team skill set development. I have monitored & managed automation development. Driven the team to develop sanity testcases for CI/CD. Driven the team to execute non-functional testing like performance testing, longevity testing, stress testing & scalability testing. I have used tools for test case management, test execution management, test report management & defect management
