Hello, this is Semira. I got my BA degree in computer science from Wolkite University College of Computing and Informatics, Department of Computer Science, in July 2016. 

after 3 years I started working as an IT supporter for Abadir Shopping Center PLC, which has 3 branches supermarket, and 2 stores. I was giving them IT support and CNET (stock management software) support.

remotely using the "Anydesk" app, as well as in person. from October 2019 to March 2020, only for 6 months.

Now i amworking with a digital small business (broker) company (called E-Delala) as general manager and customer service remotely starting from July 2021

I am using different tools here, like

• MS word
• Canva
• Google calandar

About my personal life, I am married and have 3 child
