I have four (4) years customer services experience as a billing, sales and retention. I have worked for one of the largest telecommunications company in the US, Where I was awarded as top performer for those years. I have 3 years Real Estate and Marketing B2B cold calling/appointment setting experience. I also held the position of Onboarding Agent where I was promoted to Sales Manager, my responsibilities included bringing new clients onboard by negotiating products/services , as well as contract details. I conduct interviews ,training, supporting the new and existing agents and driving sales to meet all targets. 

I possess the best qualities needed to fill this role as I have great problem-solving skills, I am great at deescalating irate customers, I am an active listener. I am able to adapt to changing Roles and pace if needed. Overall I am a people person and that makes me the best candidate for the job.
