My previous work experience is a recruiter for two BPO Companies that would be Sitel Philippines and Concentrix Philippines. The tasks were processing applicants to their end to end process by assisting them to create their online profile providing them their English language exam. Conducting initial and behavioral interviews and providing them account-specific assessments.
