I am a graduate student of Science from Dow University Karachi Pakistan.

I have held an excellent education; I have grasped basic computer skills and data entry/web research skills. I have an analytical mind and I am able to quickly resolve problems as they arise.

I am fluent in the English language, an exceptionally fast typist and IT literate. I possess strong verbal and written communication skills; an exceptional ability to touch type with accuracy and a professional telephone manner, with a proven ability to competently get tasks done. I have successfully completed a touch typing course during my college years.

My communication and interpersonal skills are of a very high quality; I am diplomatic and stable, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude with the ability to achieve desired results. I work very well under pressure, and I have proven this on several occasions in my previous job 

I also excel in being able to think quickly and sharply on my feet, and responding well to emergencies. A critical thinker, I am a highly capable decision maker with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. My IT skills are exceptional/strong. I am also confidently able to present information clearly to fellow team members.
