My career began as a Customer Service Representative, where I utilized Intercom, emails, Zendesk, and Telegram to address various inquiries.

Subsequently, I transitioned to a Virtual Administrative role in a blockchain company for six months. During this tenure, I gained proficiency in using Telegram, Intercom, and WordPress. Additionally, I managed the company's social media accounts, acquiring basic knowledge of SEO protocols for content posting and editing on WordPress.

Furthermore, I possess fundamental skills in Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applications. I have also undergone training in email marketing platforms like SendinBlue, enabling me to effectively send newsletters and important announcements to clients.
