Sean Szukhent

I am a Full-Stack Developer, focusing on JavaScript. I have production experience in Angular, Vanilla JavaScript, SQL, PHP, WordPress, HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap and a variety of other technologies. My main focus at this point is in React and the MERN stack: Mongo DB, Express, React, Redux for state management and NodeJS.

I really enjoy the flexibility that React offers, and look forward to using it more professionally. I enjoy working with Angular as well, and it is certainly powerful! It just feels a little more restrictive, overly complex, and constantly changing. I'm all for positive change, but these issues together can be challenging for scalability, especially when bringing new developers in on an existing project.

I'm continually learning more every day, whether studying documentation on latest standards, taking courses, or building new projects. There is never a cap of knowledge in this ever-changing industry, and one should always be learning. I look forward to working with a great team and challenging myself in new ways.
