Hi i'm Sean Patrick Hermosisima 27 years of age residing at Muntinlupa City, I have an experience being an admin assistant in
DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development) for 1 year and 5 months that is a seasonal job which is on call, I
stopped working as an admin assistant it is because my work is not stable so i tried looking for a new one and then i was
easily get hired in DMC (Digital Music Creatives) as an IT/Administrative Staff and Event Coordinator and stayed for 1 year
and 2 months, i decided to look for a new job because i wanted to try a
different environment which is in the BPO Industry I applied as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica Philippines Inc.
and luckily i got hired and start immediately after the interview, my account was Amazon the biggest Online Shopping in the
US, the
account is seasonal only so it last for 1 year and 3 months because that is what was stated on the contract. After the Amazon
i was transferred to West Contact Services one of Alorica's Sister Company my account was Frontier as a Technical Support
Representative, basically Frontier is a Telecommunication Company that Verizon switch over to after 2 years and 2 months the account has been
dissolved and i decided to look for another one. Luckily after a month of job hunting I was hired by C3 (Customer Contact
Channels) as Customer Service Representative handling Spirit Airlines account, then
after a year and 9 months i resigned due to looking for a job online as a home based worker. Finally i got my first job and client I worked as realtor home buyers and we're calling prospective property seller. and now I'm currently working at nano hearing aids company as a customer service supervisor, and I'm handling sales/customer service/technical support agents.
