I am a polite, reliable and enthusiastic person. I was studying a level 4 foundation degree in IT Networking
and Security, but unfortunately I had to give this up due to a lack of funds. I have recently completed an
evening course at Bedford College studying the basics of C# and Visual Studio and have also completed

In my role as a Customer Care Advisor, i was assigned to inbound and outbound calls/live chat dealing
with customer enquiries. If the customer was to find a fault with their product, I would analyse the faults
and take the necessary actions to resolve this for the customer in a timely and professional manor.

In my role as an Administrator, I am responsible for arranging customer deliveries, liaising with suppliers,
managing a daily task manager with different reports to run each day whilst providing excellent customer

I speak with the lorry drivers and help with any issues they may occur on their journey. This role ensures
I keep organised and am able to handle pressure when required.

for Autoglass. My responsibilities include answering customer queries and booking an appointment to
their standards. Customer satisfaction and getting things right the first time are very important in my role.
I also deal with complaints, amending appointments and any warranty issues. I participate in incoming
and outgoing calls to 93% of all insurance companies across the UK. I also work on behalf of Belron UK
Solutions which are an umbrella company that own Autoglass. In my role here, I act as an out of hours
messenging service for when AXA/Swift Cover are closed and take the customers details down acting on
behalf of the insurance company, whether it be an accident claim or a simple change to their policy.
Responsibilities - Hardware Support Assistant/Handheld Analyst

I would assist the Hardware Support engineer in taking apart and replacing computer components and
liaising with customers and 3rd party outlets on a daily basis. I would also analyse handheld computers
and fix any issues before sending them off to Motorola for repair. I was then 4 months later promoted
to Hardware Support Engineer. Not only was I in charge of stock management, I visited client sites to
perform component replacements or hardware diagnostics. On a daily basis I would be in contact with
Xerox, Motorola, The Barcode Warehouse, Dell and HP.

Door to door selling, interacting with customers on a daily basis, booking appointments with customers
on any existing home improvements they require. Taking part control of a team of foot canvassers,

Employer - Highways Agency January - 2012 (work experience) - I completed a 2 week work experience
program with the Highways Agency; my role was an Administrator Assistant. My duties included
producing presentations and delivering them to an audience of high authority.
Employer - Thebes Group When - May 2011 (work experience) - I had a month's work experience in Central
Milton Keynes in the deployment team. Here I learned the basics of UNIX and how to use UNIX in a real
life situation. My responsibilities were to deploy the correct files that needed coding for the Aviva client.
