Hi, I’m Sbusiso Zondi but you can call me Sbu! I’m a people person who somehow found a way to combine my love for solving problems, organizing chaos, and making people smile into an actual career. With over two years of customer service experience and a recent adventure as a Warehouse Supervisor, I’ve learned that whether you’re calming a frustrated customer or managing a warehouse full of boxes, success is all about patience, communication, and a good sense of humor (trust me, it helps). When I’m not making sure orders get out on time or helping someone reboot their Wi-Fi, you’ll find me mastering Microsoft Office, outsmarting CRM systems like Salesforce. I’m also a qualified performer with a diploma in Performing Arts. At the heart of it all, I’m someone who believes in professionalism, positivity, and doing things properly, whether it's handling customer calls, leading a team, or just getting through a crazy Monday.
