Throughout my career, I've immersed myself in roles that have not only honed my expertise in strategic communications and advocacy but have also cultivated a deep-seated proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement. With an educational foundation grounded in Politics and Political Communication, I've navigated through various landscapes, from NGO work to influential roles in international research centers, shaping my ability to address and manage complex social, political, and environmental issues with strategic finesse and communicative clarity.

In my tenure as the Head of Communications & Advocacy at CARDET, I lead a dynamic team, orchestrating communication strategies and campaigns that propelled the organization's vision and objectives to the forefront of our stakeholders' minds. This role sharpened my ability to craft impactful narratives, manage international projects, and engage a diverse network of partners and experts across the globe. My work not only involves the meticulous planning and execution of communication plans but also extends to the realm of policy development, where I played a pivotal role in compiling the National Strategy for Active Citizenship and Participatory Governance in Cyprus.

My skills in research, both qualitative and quantitative, were further refined through project management roles that demanded a keen analytical eye and a versatile approach to problem-solving. Organizing international meetings, events, and debates, I fostered environments conducive to dialogue and collaboration, enabling the exchange of ideas and the strengthening of partnerships.

The transition to roles with a heavier focus on social affairs and project coordination allowed me to deepen my understanding of the intricacies involved in managing teams and projects. From developing project proposals to consulting on communication strategies and CSR initiatives, my experience spans the full project lifecycle, emphasizing the importance of effective leadership and clear communication.

As I look to the future, I am eager to apply my extensive experience and diverse skill set to roles that challenge and inspire.
