The unified view of functions, processes and KPI’s, enable business units to identify and arrive at actionable insights. Significant amount of time was spent in searching the resolution as there was lack of Data store application. A new system was developed to store and extract the resolutions resulting in more than 80% of effort reduction and 4 FTE capacity release.
