Increased the productivity at wet leak test m/c by increasing the no. of pcs per stroke and revised the process flow for the tubes to minimize the lead time. Reduced manpower by implementing layout change at the bulging machines. Having hands of experience on the CNC bending and cutting machine, spinning machines , bulging machines, expansion and crimping machines , manual and Auto brazing machines and Differential leak tester machines. Cost saving of Rs 2 lakhs by the Tool and JFT maintenance and in house repair. Cost saving of 20 thousands by the in house manual brazing training.
