I am a highly experienced Talent Acquisition and Customer Success professional with over 20 years of success in customer-facing, technical support, and operational roles. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong specialism in supporting SaaS-based recruitment platforms, where I play a key role in onboarding recruiters and clients, troubleshooting complex system issues, and ensuring a smooth and effective end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

I regularly manage high-volume case loads across multiple channels, including email, live chat, and phone, using systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
