Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Handling full Recruitment Cycle, which includes sourcing relevant profiles through
Recruiting Partners, Naukri Portal and Professional Networking Sites.
Prepare and post job ads online.
Initial screening and evaluating the candidates through telephonic round.
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when appropriate.
Send out all bulk email (i.e., confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails).

Education & Training:
Identify and assessed employee training needs from their HODs, Customer requirements,
any Legal requirement, Appraisal Feedback & Competency Mapping etc.
Compile the training needs data and prepare annual training calendar and monthly
schedule.
Arrange / organize the training as per calendar / schedule.
Providing the General & Behavioral training program to employees.
Providing the Induction training program to employees.
Update training records and maintain monthly status.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training after a stipulated time period.
Ensure the On-Job Training and periodically Operator Observation & Inspectors Poison
Cake Test.
Implementation & Handling of ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and

Payroll Management:
Handling Payroll Management activities like new joiners, salary updating, revision, loss of
pay, resignations, medical reimbursement, LTA & any other addl. payout.
Supervision & control of Attendance & Leave records and other related employees records.
Supervision & control of all statutory records related to ESI/PF/Gratuity/Leave Procedure.
Monitoring & operating Savior/Maxtime (Attendance Recording System).
Handling a payroll audit.

MIS [Management Information System]:
