During this tenure handled the entire scope of transition management of contract knowledge, customer handling processes, resources transition, and stabilizing the operations within Reecomps. KRA involves about - strategic planning, support business development, analytical, key account planning, and prospect development/relationship management responsibilities in driving of the Business Development (BD) sales cycle in India. Business model and feasibility study and Detailed Project Viability Report, with PWC team for the PSU - ATM managed services. The PSU banks did float an RFP of deploying 60,000 ATM machines in India on a MS basis, with a per transaction fee.
