End to End Compliance for the Esteemed Multiple Clients with PAN India Operation.
PF helpdesk and Zendesk - Solving all kinds of PF, ESI, Gratuity, and SAP related queries through Emails, over the phones and face to face and conduct PF helpdesk at client site as well.
PF claims – Guide and verify Death claims, Retirement case, Pension, PF withdrawal (Form – 19, 10 & 31), PF transfer claims and nominations.
ESI related activities – prepare and submit ESI challan and complete TIC activities.
UAN activities – generating/linking the UAN, updating and approve KYC, missing details and DOE an individual and in bulk.
Visiting the RPFC to solve the PF related critical cases.
PF challan – prepare PF advice and challans.
DSC/Esign related activities.
IW return and 7IF responsibilities.
Dashboard preparing and sending to all the clients on daily/weekly/Monthly bases and Annual Reports.
All types of letter drafting for compliance/notices related etc.
Prepare PPT as per client requirement
Verifying employee’s reimbursement claim as per Company Policy.
Filing Quarterly ER-1 Return
Maintaining monthly various Labor Compliance Registers (Under the CLRA, MW, POW, S&E Act.
Issuing a Compliance Certificate.
Filing the Annual Return under the various acts.
