About Me:
● Fast learner- the peak of being in a BPO industry is I was able to master how to be a fast
learner in a fast-paced industry, to be able to have a quick grasp of information and be
able to multitask.
● Team player- For the past 6 years, I have always been working with a team and being
able to play my role as a member and being able to fill my teammates' shortages vice
versa. I learn to respect differences, appreciate efforts and build strengths together
achieving team goals.
● Adaptable- I am adaptable to changes, being able to blend in a new environment,
workplace, or new team. I am friendly and don't have any hard time building up confidence
to mix well with new people or places.
● Hardworking- I have been working very hard ever since I started working at 19 years of
age, I am already independently working on my own doing different jobs until I found my
stepping stones on being a customer and technical representative for the past years. It
taught me how to be dedicated, loyal, and took me to another level of being a reliable
person.
● Value work ethics and policies- I always value policy and work commandments because
this serves as my guide and protection. I believe policies and values at work are always
mandated for a reason. Respecting my company is already the same as loving my job. It's
