the preparation of user stories to feed into the development backlog. Appointed project lead on specific company
projects (NHS 111 pilot mobile app, Babylon Website, NHS GP at hand) and acted as a product owner prioritising and
managing development work through agile project tracking tools (JIRA) in addition to requirements analysis. I was
liaising with developers, testers, UX consultants and designers before, during and after project implementation.

feed into the development backlog. Also involved in market research and innovation scouting for new innovations that
could be put into trial by Boots such as mobile payments, predictive health, connected devices and artificial

E-Commerce Business Analyst

Joined the company in Malta in June, 2013 as an e-commerce business analyst and moved to the head office in
London in April 2014 as an E-business Solutions Architect. Oversaw several e-commerce project implementations as
part of my role including web e-commerce platform integrations with ERP systems. The role involved gathering
requirements on several client projects through workshops and analysis and the delivery of Business Requirement
Documents and subsequently managing the implementation through liaison with developers, testers and stakeholders
