This involved gathering requirements from the customer proposition teams through workshops and analysis and liaising with developers, testers and designers throughout the projects. I was also writing user stories and documentation to feed into the development backlog. Also involved in market research and innovation scouting for new innovations that could be put into trial by Boots such as mobile payments, predictive health, connected devices and artificial intelligence. Malta E-Commerce Business Analyst June, 2013 – September, 2015 KPMG Crimsonwing - www.crimsonwing.com – London, Malta Joined the company in Malta in June, 2013 as an e-commerce business analyst and moved to the head office in London in April 2014 as an E-business Solutions Architect. Oversaw several e-commerce project implementations as part of my role including web e-commerce platform integrations with ERP systems. The role involved gathering requirements on several client projects through workshops and analysis and the delivery of Business Requirement Documents and subsequently managing the implementation through liaison with developers, testers and stakeholders and acted as a product owner on behalf of the client throughout the development process. Business Development Manager January 2013 – June 2013 Malta Institute of Management – www.maltamanagement.com – Malta Malta Institute of Management is a non-profit making professional body for persons concerned and involved in management and also providing training and education for professionals. Worked to improve the delivery and marketing of current training programmes and created and introduced a number of new training programmes. Involved in product development and introduction of a new of new training programmes. Market Research Executive January 2011 – August 2012 Uniblue Systems – www.uniblue.com – Malta As part of this role, I have built and managed a competitive intelligence business unit and and managed the ongoing monitoring of competitors, industry and trends. I ran several primary, and secondary research projects feeding into product marketing and online sales strategies and activities. As part of the role I delivered several presentations on research findings to C & VP level and the whole company as required.
