My name is Sarah. I have spent the last two years in customer service. While doing this I have learned how to lead a team to perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. I would receive orders over the phone, via email, or through the online database and transcribe them into the correct category/edit information, check inventory, and fulfill. As a team member and shift leader in customer service I have learned how to schedule/edit appointments along with bookkeeping.
