RE: Reference Letter for Sarah Glass
To whom it may concern;
This letter aims to speak to the characteristics of Sarah Glass as a Letter of Reference
for any potential future employers. Firstly, I would like to explain the relationship between
Sarah, myself, and our company. Miss Glass was hired this past July 2019 as my Brand
Support Manager for our company, Condo Kandy. Our goal was to train her in all areas of our
business to allow the company to shift its efforts towards new ventures. We quickly saw the
potential and raw talent she possessed and knew that she would be a valuable asset to our
team.
During the time spent as our Brand Support Manager, I observed many of her excellent
qualities. The interview process was made up of several different phases: a zoom interview,
an in-person interview, and several different types of assessments used for screening. Sarah
was articulate and confident, and surpassed our expectations in every single area. Once
hired, we immediately noticed her strong communication skills and naturally ability to
conduct a room. During the training phase of the position, Sarah adapted incredibly fast to
every process required, which allowed us to complete her training in a third of the expected
time. Our company always values employees who are trainable and handle criticism well,
and Sarah was the perfect example of this. She followed instructions carefully and never
hesitated to ask questions for clarification. When given a magnitude of different, challenging
tasks that needed completion, she never let us down. Within three months we had her
recruiting and training new employees for us, as we trusted her professional judgment and
she had demonstrated her abilities to us. Companies should always involve a role model
employee in their training processes, as new hires will learn from them.
Sarah was able to manage duties far above what we originally expected;
scheduling/agendas for management, budgeting, coordinating events/meetings, quality
assurance, research, marketing, brand marketing and all human resources efforts such as
payroll, health & safety, recruitment, training, managing health benefits, and more. I strongly
believe she can handle just about anything you throw at her!
It was an absolute pleasure to have her with us and we deeply regret having to relieve her
of her position in August. Unfortunately, our company encountered an unexpected severe
financial loss as a result of the pandemic. We were forced to make the difficult decision of
letting go of all employees on salary.
I have no doubt Sarah will continue to grow professionally and academically, and her
charisma and drive will make her successful l in anything she chooses to do. She would
make an invaluable asset to any company as they will quickly see for themselves.
Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me via my
contact information provided.

Kelly Niessen
