Letter of Recommendation
To whom it may concern;
I am writing this letter to express my highest recommendations of Sarah Rae Glass. I firmly believe Sarah would be excellent for any Executive Assistant, Office Management, or Administrative role. Sarah is a natural leader with exceptional people skills and an impressive level of emotional intelligence. Sarah has proved herself to be an invaluable asset to me, and our organization.
It would have been my pleasure to offer her a full-time permanent position at Fleming, but once she graduated, these paid positions are limited to only students. The peer mentorship department would not have been successful without Sarah! So, I suggested Sarah continue her education and obtain her Business undergraduate degree and wait for the right opportunity.
When Sarah was chosen for the paid internship, I only expected a standard list of entry level duties from her as she was also enrolled in a full-time course load. She quickly exceeded my expectations and became my right-arm, and someone I could depend on for anything, anytime. She is exceptionally responsive to her duties and can manage an impressive work load with ease. You will quickly see her natural grit, and ability to connect with people. When presented with a problem, she is strategic, efficient and tackles it head on. Some of her abilities cannot be taught in a classroom, and she possesses them naturally. Sarah lives to please, and a passion for helping people. I have seen her ability to take control of a room effortlessly as people are drawn to her energy and charisma. I am convinced that Sarah can accomplish anything she wants in life, she is self-motivated and driven. One more than one occasion, she filled in for me when I had to attend out of town conferences, and she never let me down.
A position such as the one you're considering her for is the next logical step for her. She will shine in this position, you quickly see how valuable asset she is to any company.
I urge you to give Sarah the opportunity to show you what she can do, and you will not regret it. Even just the chance for a real interview and you will see what I saw.
Thank you for taking the time to consider her, and to read this letter. Should you have any questions, please call me at- or email me at-
Best regards,
Sarah Beirness,
