Currently I am working in HelpDesk role, I have been in the field for 2 years in a large corporation. I also have 2 years of customer attendance for QuickBooks product, attendences use to have more than 85% positive feedbacks from clients. I have participated in data migration projects syncronizing with Active Directory from Microsoft, and have received awards for excellence in demand and SLA, demonstrating my ability to handle large-scale projects effectively. I typically handle contact from 3 to 4 channels simultaneously (Teams, OutLook and BMCHelix), so I am accustomed to high-pressure situations.
Regarding translation and interpretation roles, I have had 12 years of exposure to English. While it is not my first language, I practice simultaneous translation of documents frequently. As I am entering the field, I have experience with translating texts, documents, and emails. However, I aspire to work on larger projects, as I believe I possess considerable potential for such endeavors.
