In my previous job as a Customer Sales Representative in a BPO Company, I have enjoyed the opportunity to explore subjects including customer service strategies, upselling and talking to different types of people which I learned to be patient and to be open-minded.

I have been an order manager and chat support in an E-Commerce business where I learned to be versatile and a multi-tasker. My duties in this job include sales report, order fulfilling and managing the shipment of the products. It was my first time working online and some of the tasks were new to me but I can learn it by myself. It's been a tough job but I enjoyed working as a Virtual Assistant.
