I have therefore covered the 121 PA needs of many people throughout the business Therefore, as well as managing Doug Howat & Matt Paskin's CUO diaries, the most difficult part of this job was orchestrating & keeping on top of worldwide travel for over 20 people in the business at any one time. Per year, I would manage between 70-120 different flight paths/trips from conception to completion (including taxis, transfers, hotels, expenses etc.) Reed & MacKay was our principal travel agent.
