I have been a customer service representative in the BPO industry for more than 8 years. I have been a sales and billing agent before which you have to really persuade customers to purchase or to subscribe to a product for another year or so contract . This is where I learned to do multi-tasking, you also have to maximize every resources that you have while still talking to the customer on the other line.
In the same company, I have been assigned to different areas in the production team. I have been in the Complaints Resolution Team and Quality Assurance Team where I really learned to do end-of-day reporting using Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ), Email (mail merge, filters, folders, rules), Presentations/Slideshows (PowerPoint), and more on Data Analysis.
And being in the industry for quite a while, I have already developed good communication skills, and I can work under pressure. I'm willing to be trained and learn what the company requires. Early this year, I tried home based job as an Appointment Setter and Social Media outreach management for Attorneys and Insurance campaigns
