I'm a graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing at a State University here in Pampanga. I help businesses scale by accelerating solid processes and providing the advancement of all Administrative-Related tasks. I believe that the best outcome will achieve by being committed to work and adhering professionalism. I became an Assistant Team Leader after one year of being employed on my second job. I've previously worked as a Business Office Associate at PLDT Inc. for a year. I attend to both inbound and outbound telephone calls in accordance with the standard operating procedures; provide exceptional service by prioritizing client's request and complaints; identify sales opportunities to further enhance relationship with client; create reports and encode all the sales transactions, closed deals, prospects client and other related task submitted at the main office. For the next four years, I am a Sales Admin and Support (now Enterprise Service Order Management) at PLDT also. I validate the documents submitted by sales, checking each page if signed and contract is not yet expired; encoding the profile of the new customer in our system once approved; creates service orders for client's request of new installation service, downgrade, disconnection, upgrades and multi-sites; checking of the facilities if possible to cater their request; collating all the reports and productivity of my team then submit to our immediate supervisor; coordinate with sales if there is a problem since I'm also in charge of the aftersales concern; performing administrative works and coordination to different teams and department. I'm using four systems in PLDT where we encode, monitor, validate and process all customers both residential and corporate.
