My career spans Apple, Rocket Delivery, and Camplify, where I built a track record of solving complex technical issues, guiding users through platforms, and improving customer satisfaction across international markets.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge people and technology — combining empathy, problem-solving, and technical know-how to create smooth, human-centered experiences.

I’m now expanding my expertise into AI, data analytics, and product adoption, with certifications in progress (Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure AI, and Conversational AI Design). My long-term vision is to grow into AI-human interaction and product roles, and eventually into emerging areas like neurotechnology and collective intelligence.
