Description:
ISP- Integrated Service Platform is a front end Siebel CRM application where all call details is entered and gets stored in Oracle database. It is used by dell customer service representatives.
ISP is a comparative new application. Still many legacy applications are there which are presently used by customer service representatives.
Data related to the call details is getting covered one by one in the subsequent releases. ISP 4.0 was the one of the many releases for ISP where we had to validate transition of data from Source to Audit to Base.

Description:
The high-level program purpose is to transition the fulfillment of the supply chain from the existing CEVA 3LA facility to a new expanded facility in the Southern California area. The new location 3PL provider will be Syncreon. They will be required to support all current capabilities existing at CEVA 3LA plus any additional requirements and capabilities expanded to the new building. They are required to be on-boarded and develop capabilities to support B2B messaging with Dell logistics and fulfillment applications. They are required also to support and adhere to Dell inbound and outbound messaging specification and requirements.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating with cross interface teams related to upstream & downstream data, performance, business operations for Trouble tickets handling.
Risk Identification & Management.
