I worked as a recovery officer for the McB ARG Group in Lahore, where I was in charge of
unsecured product asset recovery. The main responsibility is to find default customers, recover
bank assets from them in a respectable way, and also provide them with legal information. I also
solved their financial problems with discussions on the phone and one-on-one meetings and
brought them into a normal citizen’s life. In the office, I did different operations like working on
MIS and composing different memos. I was responsible for making settlement plans and
