Hi, my name is Sanya Nicholson. I have over six years of experience in customer service and sales, where I’ve developed strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

I previously worked at Alorica as a Customer Account Executive and Sales Representative, where I generated leads, made outbound calls to promote phone, internet, and cable services, and followed up to close sales. I also supported customers with setting up and troubleshooting their equipment.

At Itel BPO Smart Solutions, I worked as a Customer Support Representative, assisting customers with creating online accounts, placing and modifying orders, managing fuel points, and resolving website and app-related issues.

In addition, I have experience with Rent To Own Services, where I helped clients find housing solutions and prequalify for credit repair programs, as well as with ModSquad, where I provided chat and ticket support for customers with inquiries related to e-books and textbooks.
