I worked as a Quality Head handling a team of 11 QAs. My duties included monitoring and guiding the team for audits, calibration, meeting and training.
Prior to this, I was working with Freecharge Startup as Sr. QA auditing the email, chat, social media and call queues. I used to conduct process knowledge tests and trainings.
Before working for Freecharge I was with Amber Road for 2 years taking care of the content quality for a US based company.
Prior to Amber Road I was with Aegis BPO as a Sr QA for an international process taking care of the quality team.
