JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – ACCOUNT, ADMIN & HR WORKS
General accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, WPS Bank
Online Salary Transfer, job costing and general ledger posting.
Preparation & follow up with quotations/Invoices regularly.
Preparation of payments, Cheques & Bank transfers & follow up on receivables
regularly.
Maintaining all books of Accounts up to finalization.
Dealing with Bank and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement monthly &
annually.
Preparation of Vouchers, maintaining Cash Book, Bank Book and Ledgers and all day-today accounts related jobs.
Maintaining Petty cash & other Ledger Accounts.
Monitoring payable & Receivable review and finalize monthly collection reports.
Debtors & Creditors payment follow up and monthly reconciliation of all accounts.
