Profile:H.R. Functions:*Co-ordination with all departments, sub-divisions by maintaining good interpersonal relations.
*Joining formalities, Induction of new joiners and Training Policies and SOP’s.
*Preparation of full and final settlement statements.
*Maintain H.R. related records on monthly / yearly basis i.e. Employee Data Base, Leave Records for Regular
/ Contractor employees, Increment Detail, and Leave without pay records etc.
*Preparation and maintain of Salary, Wages, Over-Time and Leave Register.
* Recruitment of On Roll & Off-Roll Employees.
* Manpower forecast Planning.
* Preparation of various HRMIS on monthly basis.
* Organizing various social events, festivals celebrations in the organization.
* Identification of Employees for Various Training programmers.
* Preparation of Training Calendar.
* Maintain and Update employee data on Personal files & Visual Pay Software System.
* Interacting with managers, prospective candidates and employees with regards to their grievances and
issues.
* Generate daily and weekly incident reports, as necessary & discuss all the dynamic lists open points with
top mgmt.
* Preparation of Vendor’s Bills on monthly basis.
* Monthly Invoices processing.
* Prepare and maintain various HR related MIS reports.
* Canteen Management, Housekeeping, Security Administration, Looking after office equipment’s, First aid
box, Fire Safety equipment’s, Suggestions box, Transformation Management, etc.
Training & Development :* Identifying training needs & ensuring measurability & effectiveness across the organization.
* Identifying gap between present skill sets and future requirements.
* Evaluating competency levels of employees and identifying areas of improvement for facilitating their
contribution towards organizational success.
Industrial Relations:*Domestic enquiries, Welfare of employees, Statutory / Non statutory compliances under various acts like

* Licensing & Registration and maintain Return & Register under Contract Labour Act (R&A), Bonus Act,
Employment Exchange, Factory Act, Employees Provident Fund Act, Employees State Insurance Act, etc.
