I am a young Industrial Engineer with various set of skills in Industrial Engineering. I have worked as Maintenance Engineer in a leading FMCG company Himalayan Snacks and Noodles Pvt. Ltd. that produced Noodles as the major product. I used to lead the maintenance team in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and keep records of all in CMMS software. I possess a good knowledge on maintenance of husk fired boilers, nitrogen generation plants, air compressors( both reciprocating and screw), Diesel Generators. I then worked as Operations Head where I implemented ERP in footwear industry. I possess a good knowledge of technical parameters in footwear manufacture (PVC, Rubber based and shoes). I have worked to meet production target and made daily production plans. I have a good hands on knowledge of Inventory control and Productivity Improvement. I conducted small projects to reduce waste in production.
