I introduced accelerators to improve the process of supermarket’s warehouse workshop and interviewing. I worked directly with CEO on program design and marketing strategies, while providing oversight for client management and training programs. Implemented websites, and landing pages from concept through deployment. Standardized all output with a new, responsive, mobile-first approach and strategy. Based on user testing and feedback, usability, and visual appearance, Assessed UX and UI designs for ease of use. I used Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, CSS and JS In addition to monitoring the website for performance issues, we also review/listen to user and clients complaints for website improvement. Issues are resolved in a timely manner and changes are tested in a test environment before pushed to production.
