SANJAY AGNANI INTRODUCTION: I am a Software Engineer with a goal of working in the areas of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Mining using Artificial Intelligence for predictive analysis and pattern recognition with an experience of all the stages of development cycle for dynamic web projects. EXPERIENCE&PROJECTS Presently working with Aardhy LLP responsible for designing overall architecture of the web application used in security domain using ReactJS , Cassandra -NoSQL ,Redis,Spring Boot –Java Framework Restful Web Services. 2014 – 2015 Performance Engineer Worked as a performance engineer in eClinicalWorks designing software for healthcare. I was responsible for critical Quality Assurance, Performance issues, Memory issues, Performance tuning and providing Root cause analysis for application and database system. June 2016–May 2017 Department of Science And Technology and Research projects  Predictive Navigation System: Remote sensing by visual feedback A semi-autonomous navigation system for optimized and safe navigation where real-time feedback is not available due to communication delay. A heuristic algorithm and image processing techniques for pattern recognition using python and OpenCV framework were used for the development.  Field Programmable Gate Array based embedded programming using High Level Synthesis Developed a communication channel for parallel processing of raw data in real time applications with the goal of higher availability of the computing system. June-2014  Complete School Management System Developed a Java based application to manage student records, content, attendance, employee details, financial transaction, customizable report generation and providing feedback with MySQL as backend technology.  Project Management System Java based web application project to optimize work while maintaining data consistency, enhancing the work flow of the users with a reporting tool, using Hibernate framework and MySQL for backend.
