OBJECTIVE: • To assess the financial performance of TATA Steel with the help of various financial statement analysis tools and techniques over the period of study I.e., from 2015-16 to 2019-20. OUTCOME: • From the analysis of financial statement of TATA Steel, it is concluded that the company has to increase its Liquidity Ratio for better performance in future. SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM(BBA) Completed a 30 days summer internship program with the following details: DURATION: 1ST April to 30th April 2019. 1 TITLE: Digital India – A dream to cashless economy through Digital India. OBJECTIVE: • To find out the status of India in comparison of other countries in terms of cashless economy. • To find out various challenges and opportunity associated with the implementation of the cashless policies in India. OUTCOME: From the research report I got to know that many people actually agree with the government on the usefulness of cashless economy as it helps to fight against terrorism, corruption, money laundering but one biggest problem in the working of cashless economy in India is cybercrime and illegal access to primary data. LIVE PROJECT Completed a 30 days live project with the following details: DURATION: from 28th august -29th September 2020. COMPANY: Kitchen Island # Serving Humanity During this period, I handled product listing of particular categories. FIELD STUDY Completed a 15 days field study with the following details: DURATION: From 5th November to 20th November 2019. TITLE: A field study on “women’s perception towards personal care product.” OBJECTIVE: • To determine the actual demand of customer. • To know about the performance of popular brands of different companies in Bhubaneswar market. OUTCOME: • Customer want quality product, good services, easy availability of product and better performance by the product. People are more brand conscious and they are satisfied with wide range of products available. PROJECT TITLE: • “A comparative study on balance sheet of Bank of Baroda & Axis Bank.” OBJECTIVE: • To study the financial performance of the Bank of Baroda and Axis Bank by comparing balance sheet of financial year 2014-19. OUTCOME: • Through the project analysis it is concluded that banking environment is drastically changing in India. On the whole, it is concluded that Bank of Baroda has performed well in deposits mobilization in six year from 2014-19.
