Screening telephone calls, attending customers’ queries.
· Preparing statements of quotations, Invoices, Bills and other statements.
· Preparing Purchase Orders and Invoices, Bills
· Maintaining and updating customer databases
· Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
· All other duties as directed
· Receiving payments and updating it to the system
· Preparing daily reports of income money and expense
