I have 5 years of experience doing outbound calls for a vending machine business but it eventually led to a saturation point and I had to move and venture into other fields. I was a dispatcher for a plumbing company, done phone surveys, and was a virtual assistant for a year when I was given the chance to handle email correspondence, answer phone orders, provide technical support and follow up with customers and suppliers. I am also good at research jobs and I learn quick and fast. I am a reliable person and I earnestly see to it that I am able to deliver outstanding customer service. I read a book by John Irving and one of the characters giving value to work helped me understand my purpose, it says that any type of work, no matter how small it is should be taken seriously and would need our hearts and souls. Because need to be good in what we do and we need to strive to be always the best at what we do.
