I have been working in real estate for over 6 years, assisting investors qualify seller leads. My main duties is to call a list of sellers, pre-qualify them based on the 4 pillars of qualification. Timeline, motivation, condition and price and set up a phone or face to face appointment for the acquisitions department. I love working in this role as it allows me to filter through alot of calls per day, have positive conversations and send over qualified leads to my clients.
