As an Executive Virtual Assistant, I support founders and managers by keeping their schedules, inboxes, and documents under control. This includes calendar and meeting management, inbox zero and email triage, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and organized Google Drive systems, as well managing tasks and projects. My goal is simply to reduce friction so leaders can focus on growth instead of admin tasks.
I’m process-driven and comfortable working with routines, SOPs, and recurring tasks. I work independently, flag issues early, and follow instructions carefully. I have a 5 year background in broadcast media which has strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure, and these qualities I bring into every remote role I handle.
