Review financial statement to calculate Debt Service Coverage Ratio and perform different type of analysis like Variance Analysis and Root Cause Analysis etc. Prepare transfer package to be sent to Special Servicer when loan goes into default. Prepare certain reports in excel, reconcile them and send them to client as per their request. Handle process issues/queries pertaining to bank reconciliation, cashiering and provide payment status to Borrower. Resolve Borrower queries and disputes over phone and email as and when required.
