● Loans Revamp
Identified inefficiencies in the loan application process resulting in low lead-to-sale conversion rates, conducted in-depth
customer interviews to pinpoint pain points, analyzed drop-off points to identify bottlenecks, implemented a business rule
engine to filter applications based on profile and API integration with loan partners thus revamping the entire loans experience,
benefiting both users and end-customers (B2B2C). This increased the lead-to-sale conversion (Major KPI) from 2.5% to 7.2%,
also improving other key metrics, including application completion rates, applications per user via effective cross-selling
strategies, net promoter score, and a 50% reduction in the time taken for 1st application completion.
● GroMo Academy
Recognized the necessity to empower users with comprehensive product knowledge, app usage tips, and industry trends to
activate more users, relaunched GroMo Academy with personalized learning paths based on user persona, proper categorization
of courses, long-form videos, blogs, short-form videos and engagement for pro users thereby increasing activation (Major KPI) by
33.33% along with increased overall session time, reduction in product/app usage queries.
● GroMo Coins
Conceptualized and launched GroMo Coins, a rewards system, leveraging gamification elements to incentivize user engagement
and retention thus leading to increased DAU from 30k to 75k. It played a vital role in reducing the cost incurred for activation
and cost incurred for retention of users thereby paving the path towards profitability.
● GroMo One
Recognizing the need for enhanced customer engagement and efficiency in financial product recommendations, launched
GroMo One, a revolutionary program connecting customers with expert financial advisors. Implemented features such as
personalized product recommendations and a 360° customer view, enabling advisors to effectively match customers with
suitable products estimated to increase user earnings by 775%.

Experian Integration - Successfully executed end-to-end integration of Experian's credit service from documentation, pricing
