· Interpersonal skills; ability to connect and build relationships with customers.
· Financial modelling; Expertise in working on Income statements, Balance sheets, Cash flows and conducting sensitivity and scenario analysis for models and ultimately using these models to do financial forecasts.
· Problem solving skills; ability to tackle financial problems and coming up with solutions for complex problems when arises.
· Communication skills; have mastered the proficiency in communicating in both spoken and written English and swahili.
· Database; have the skills of reading, creating, updating and deleting tables and databases.
· Computer skilled; proficiency in handling computer packages such as MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
· Analytical skills; ability to implement literal thinking, analyze the financial scenarios and draw a suitable a conclusion from which KPI can be drawn.
