Samuel Njogu Mathenge

I hold a Diploma in Information Technology which I obtained from Mount Kenya University and I also have completed Data Science training at Moringa School. I possess comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware systems and software systems combined with my ability to perform data analysis work and my basic machine learning skills which I developed through practical experience in authentic operational settings.

I gained practical experience in IT support where I helped users resolve hardware and software problems while I assisted in system installation and network troubleshooting and I maintained ICT equipment which included computers and printers and routers. The experience taught me how to fix problems better while I learned to explain technical solutions to users in a way they would understand.

I have conducted data science projects which involved data analysis and visualization work and machine learning research and natural language processing. The projects I completed included sentiment analysis and mental health prediction model development and aviation data analysis which enables organizations to make data-driven decisions. I have proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages and data visualization software tools which I use to convert data into valuable business insights.

I possess strong motivation skills and I embrace new learning opportunities while I work together with others in team settings. I want to find job opportunities which will help me develop my technical abilities while I make positive contributions to organizations that work in the technology industry.
