iii.Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development in Michelin farms through obtaining alternative use for rubber wood instead of burning before replanting.

-:As Estate Manager of Waterside Rubber Estates Limited, Michelin, Ogun State, Nigeria.
i.Established and organized Michelin Management in Waterside, under difficult and threatening environment, in place of former company managing representative for Ogun State Government, Vera Cruz.
ii.Established the road link between Rubber Estates Nigeria Ltd. (RENL), Araromi and Waterside after a long negotiation with the former government managing company representative, Vera Cruz, in waterside.
iii.Managed human, material and financial resources of the company to achieve annual production target of rubber.
iv.Established a field trial, experiment, in Lukogbe, RENL, Ogun State from where the present transplanting of rubber seedlings in budded stumps emerged in place of polybag planting.
v.Recovered, under hostile environment, long time Government acquired land, of over one thousand hectares, then unidentified and being used for farming by natives, surveyed it and planted it for RENL.
vi.Implemented investment plans according to capital budget for:
a. Rubber plantation development.
b. Establishing plants, vehicles and machinery.

ACHIEVEMENTS/AWARDS-:
Achieved a paradigm shift in rubber transplanting. Through experiment conducted, transplanting of rubber seedlings from budded stumps achieved 94% success, hence a highly reduced transplanting cost compared to transplanting in polybags. Thus emerged in Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited, the present use of budded stumps in place of poly bags.
