F. ACHIEVEMENTS/AWARDS-: Achieved a paradigm shift in rubber transplanting. Through experiment conducted, transplanting of rubber seedlings from budded stumps achieved 94% success, hence a highly reduced transplanting cost compared to transplanting in polybags. Thus emerged in Rubber Estates Nigeria Limited, the present use of budded stumps in place of poly bags. 2. 1996/1997: Transformation of Waterside Rubber Estates Limited into an organized and profitable company. 3. 1996: Opening up of road link between Araromi Rubber Estates Limited (RENL) and Waterside Rubber Estates Limited (RENL) through successful negotiation with another company. 4. 1987: IITA Long Service Award. 5. 1988: Designed “Ascending Board” that facilitated glasshouse cleaning and repair operations at IITA, Ibadan.
