Throughout my career, I have cultivated a diverse skill set and amassed valuable experience in various roles that highlight my adaptability, commitment to excellence, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments. My journey began as an Administrative & Procurement Assistant at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology's Institute of Distance Learning, where I ensured the smooth supply and review of educational materials to students across Ghana, parts of West Africa, and the Middle East. In this role, I played a crucial part in evaluating and improving student support services, fostering a more tailored and effective learning experience for remote learners.

Building on this foundation, I transitioned to a role as a Policy & Research Analyst at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Here, I was instrumental in developing programs aimed at expanding access to resources, a responsibility that honed my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of policy development. My ability to research, analyze, and implement strategic initiatives was vital in driving positive outcomes for the communities we serve.

One of the most rewarding experiences of my career was my time as a Student Tutor at York English in China. Witnessing the joy of fostering language skills and building confidence in young learners was truly fulfilling. This role also allowed me to collaborate with a multinational team on educational projects, enhancing my ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings.

At GrowForMe, as a Customer Support Representative in Ghana, I thrived on building rapport with clients and ensuring their concerns were addressed efficiently. This role underscored my commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and my ability to communicate effectively.

In addition to my professional roles, I possess strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, which have been integral to my success in various capacities, including travel writing.
